You may mail your payment to our office at PO Box 352 Hamilton, TX 76531. The payment will be processed as of the postmark date.

If you need to pay by phone, please feel free to call the office.

There is also a drop box at the front door for added convenience.

We now accept debit cards for taxpayer convenience in office or over the phone

Note:  There is a convenience fee of 2.5% or $ 2.00, whichever is greater per electronic transaction.
